Lesson Idea: Life Manifesto

Hello bloggers, today I will share with you a way of introducing the topic of Imperatives.

For this lesson, you will need either a computer and a projector, or copies of the following posters.

In these posters, you will find plenty of examples of imperatives. As you may notice, this lesson is not for beginners because of the vocabulary used.

You can divide the class into two teams and having them analyzing the content of each poster. After that, you can ask them to read each command aloud and have a short discussion about it.

Once all of them are read, you can give them some time to brainstorm about their own life rules.

Since imperatives can be used in many ways, this is only the introduction of them to the class. After this, you can adapt the following activities according to your theme.
